Siliguri, 10th April: BJP candidate Sikha Chatterjee has intensified her election campaign in the Dabgram-Fulbari Assembly constituency ahead of the upcoming polls. She has been actively reaching out to voters to garner support in the region.
According to reports, Chatterjee conducted a door-to-door campaign in the Fakdaibari area on Friday, interacting with residents and seeking their votes. She listened to local concerns and appealed to the electorate for their support.
Addressing the media, Chatterjee alleged that misleading posts were being circulated on social media claiming that she neither visited the area nor carried out any developmental work. She dismissed these allegations as baseless and misleading.
The BJP candidate further accused certain Trinamool Congress workers of spreading misinformation to confuse voters, asserting that such attempts were driven by fear ahead of the elections.
Expressing confidence in her prospects, Chatterjee said she remains optimistic about victory in the upcoming polls. She stated that with the blessings and support of the people, the BJP is expected to perform strongly in the Dabgram-Fulbari constituency.
