Siliguri, 14th April: On the last day of the election campaign BJP candidate Shankar Ghosh of the Siliguri assembly, accompanied by his supporters and party activists, campaigned in the city’s Ward No. 47.
While campaigning, Shankar Ghosh said that the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Communist Party of India
(Marxist) (CPI(M)) did not bring any development in Siliguri.
“The way Union ministers are coming here, the people of Siliguri need to understand how important this seat is,” Ghosh asserted. “Ashok Bhattacharya did not bring any development in the city, but instead only complained of deprivation,” he further alleged.
