Fulbari, 08th May: Mohammad Shahjahan, a resident of East Dhantala area, who had gone to buy vegetables at Natun Haat in Fulbari, had his bike stolen. Reportedly, on Wednesday evening, he had gone to Natunhat attached to Fulbari Battalion to buy vegetables on his bike and had parked his bike on the roadside near the market.
However, when he went to his bike after shopping, he saw that his bike was not there. Despite searching in the area, no trace of the bike was found. Later, he lodged a written complaint at the NJP police station regarding this matter.
Locals claim that such thefts are happening frequently in the area due to lack of adequate security measures in the Natunhat area. He further demanded that the administration increase surveillance in the area.
