Siliguri, 30th May: The Bidhan Market Byabasayee Samity organized a silent procession today, calling for rightful ownership of their shops. The traders marched silently from Bidhan Market, expressing their longstanding demand for ownership rights. Despite numerous appeals to the Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority (SJDA), the businessmen claim that they have not yet received the necessary ownership documentation for their shops.
Frustrated by the prolonged delay, the association took to the streets in a silent procession to demand the rightful ownership of their shops and protest against the SJDA. The traders believe that their rights as business owners have been neglected and are urging the authorities to address their concerns promptly.
