Siliguri, 14th September: Following all COVID safety measures, Bengal Safari Park will reopen for visitors from Wednesday.
It is to be noted that as per the instructions of the state government, the park was closed soon after the second wave of COVID-19 hit the country. Several guidelines were issued to protect wildlife from infection.
However, as per the announcement made by Badal Debnath, Director – Bengal Safari Park, “North Bengal Wild Animal Park (Bengal Safari) will be open for visitors with effects from 15/09/2021 subject to the wearing of masks, maintenance of physical distancing, health & hygiene protocol at all the times.”
