Rajganj, 02nd April: The nation-wide lockdown in the wake of rising COVID-19 cases has made a huge economical impact on the daily wagers and their families.
In this regard, the forest workers of the Belakoba Range provided food to the laborers of the Nagpur Forest Division Line under Shikarpur Tea Garden. Besides, packets of cooked food were distributed among 300 poor families.
Belakoba Range officer Sanjay Dutta stated that keeping in mind the helpless situation of the poor people, a Mobile Food Bank has been launched for them. The tea garden workers and the daily wagers can collect eatables from the food bank during the entire lockdown period.
