Jalpaiguri, 19th April: In view of the rising number of coronavirus cases, Jalpaiguri’s Ashoknagar Basanti Pujo Committee decided to organize puja on a low key.
The members of the committee said that this time a small puja has been organized to curb the spread of the virus. Besides, financial assistance will be provided to a cancer patient from the puja funds.
Although the Committee received permission from the administration to organize Puja in accordance with the COVID-19 rules, they have decided to organize the puja on a low key.
