Siliguri, 13th June: The Red Volunteers organization is working on the frontline amid the pandemic across the entire state.
In view of this, a former teacher of Ward No. 20 Ramananda Pal, Paritosh Das, and Nikhil Biswas from Ward No. 16 extended a helping hand to them. Disinfectant spray and machines, PPE kits, T-shirts, and oximeters were handed over to Ward No. 20 and Ward No. 28 Red Volunteers.
Former MLA Ashok Bhattacharya said, “Red volunteers are getting a lot of response from the people. They are working day and night for the needs of the people.”
