Siliguri, 30th January: The Annual North Bengal Flower Show 2026 will be organised in Siliguri from 05th February, organisers announced at a press conference on Friday. The information was shared by members of the Siliguri Horticulture Society.
According to the organisers, around 3,000 flower pots will be displayed at the flower show this year. The event will be inaugurated on 05th February by Siliguri Municipal Corporation Mayor Gautam Deb, in the presence of Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar and several other distinguished guests.
During the flower show, a seminar on flower cultivation and marketing will be organised under the initiative of the West Bengal government’s Department of Horticulture. In addition, discussions on green conservation and environmental protection will be held, along with cultural programmes and various competitions.
Farmers will be able to exhibit and sell flowers, plants, fruits and vegetables produced by them at the event. Organisers said the show aims to encourage local farmers and promote indigenous production across North Bengal.
The Annual North Bengal Flower Show 2026 will continue from 05th February to 10th February in Siliguri.
