Siliguri, 11th October: In honor of renowned actor Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday, the Amitabh Bachchan Fan Club North Bengal celebrated the actor’s birthday with grand pomp at a shopping mall in Sevoke Road, Siliguri.
According to reports, on Wednesday, the 81st birthday of Amitabh Bachchan was honored by his huge fan base in North Bengal at a shopping center on Sevoke Road. The event was garnered by Padma Shri awardee Karimul Haque as fans celebrated the actor’s birthday by cutting an Amitabh Bachchan-themed cake. The event was followed by a performance by the local musicians who staged all the massive songs from the actor’s movies.
Over the years, Amitabh Bachchan’s acting has entranced many, both domestically and overseas. He has appeared on the screen in many forms, namely, Amit Ji, Big B, as a young indignant man, and occasionally as the well-known “Shahenshah”. For years, Amitabh Bachchan has captivated audiences with his charisma and dramatic prowess.
Notably, Amitabh Bachchan has acted in more than 200 movies in his film career and has spent five decades as an Indian movie megastar. He debuted in 1971 with Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s movie “Anand.” Later, he captured everyone’s hearts in 1973 with his performances in “Zanjeer” and “Namak Haram”. In addition to the adoration of his followers, he has won numerous awards. The 81st birthday of Big B was joyfully celebrated by his admirers who wished for his long life and well-being.
