Siliguri, 11th April: Ahead of West Bengal’s phase-5 elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to hold a roadshow in Siliguri on Monday evening to campaign in support of BJP candidates.
Reportedly, Shah will participate in an election rally from Hashmi Chowk at around 4 pm. The rally will conclude at Air View More. Besides the candidates, BJP workers and supporters will also be present in the said rally. As of now, the Home Minister is vigorously campaigning for the party’s candidates in various assembly segments of the poll-bound state.
BJP’s candidate from Siliguri assembly Shankar Ghosh and Siliguri organizational district BJP Vice President Sabita Agarwal, held a press conference at the party’s district office in Siliguri today. They gave out various information regarding tomorrow’s election rally and maintained that the Home Minister Amit Shah will be accompanied by a large number of party workers and supporters.
