Alipurduar, 05th February: The Alipurduar division of the Northeast Frontier Railway is planning to install separate Vistadome coaches on trains to bring the railway on the tourism map.
Addressing a press conference today, DRM of Alipurduar Division Kanver Sain Jain stated that the division has planned to install Vistadome coaches on trains from Siliguri to Alipurduar so that tourists can enjoy the scenic beauty of tea gardens and hills. At present, a proposal has been sent in this regard. Apart from this, special plans are being prepared to reduce railway accidents.
