Siliguri, 14th July: DCP East Joy Tudu, on Wednesday, informed that from now on, administrative guidelines have to be followed by house owners and tenants.
The police administration is aware of the tenants of the area in Siliguri. Many outsiders live in the Bashundhara residence of Fulbari with rented accommodation. But from now on, for renting a house, one must follow the guidelines of the administration. On Wednesday, DCP Joy Tudu reached Bashundhara residence to inspect the whole matter. He was accompanied by OC of NJP police station Sameer Tamang.
DCP East Joy Tudu said that the tenants have to submit all their detailed information to the NJP police station by filling up the form online or offline, failing which, legal action will be taken against the tenant or the owner.
On the other hand, local head Namita Karati was happy with the initiative of the administration. She said that this rule should also be introduced in the entire Fulbari area.
