Siliguri, 25th September: In a bid to revive its struggling tourism industry, the Association for Conservation and Tourism in Siliguri held discussions on how to bring tourism in Darjeeling, Kalimpong and Sikkim back on tracks.
Many initiatives have been taken by the organization on the occasion of a three-day tourism day event. Today, on the first day of the programme, there was a discussion on boosting the homestay sector. Indian former professional footballer Bhaichung Bhutia was also present on the occasion.
