Rajganj, 25th April: Abhishek Banerjee, the National General Secretary of Trinamool Congress (TMC), is scheduled to participate in the party’s Navjoar program on April 29 in Rajganj. Extensive arrangements are being made for the event. The Jalpaiguri District Administration visited Rajganj Shree Sangh Maidan today to review the preparations.
According to reports, the TMC’s Navjoar program, which began on April 25, will cover all districts of the state and continue for the next two months. The initiative aims to establish closer ties with the public ahead of the upcoming Panchayat elections.
Vice President of Jalpaiguri District Youth Trinamool Congress, Sheikh Umar Farooq, stated that Abhishek Banerjee is arriving at Shri Sangh Maidan in Rajganj on April 29 to strengthen ties with the villagers. Preparations for the event are underway in full swing, and the Jalpaiguri district administration inspected the venue today. Farooq added that 15,000 to 20,000 people are expected to attend the meeting.
