Bagdogra, 04th August: A 9 feet long Python was rescued from Kamalpur Tea Estate in Bagodogra on Friday. The tea workers noticed the reptile while collecting tea leaves. Following which, the plantation management informed the Forest Department.
Upon receiving the news, the forest personnel arrived at the spot and rescued the python. As per forest department sources, after a medical examination, the python would be released in the dense forest.
