Bagdogra, 29th September: The Bagdogra Anchal Congress handed over a 6-point memorandum to the Bagdogra Power Department.
It has been learned that a rally was taken out from the party office, following which, a memorandum was submitted to the power department.
In this regard, Anchal president Amitava Sarkar said that people are helpless in this pandemic situation. 3-4 times electricity bill is being charged and load shedding is continuously increasing before Pujo. A demand has been made to carry out miking during load shedding. It was also demanded to make arrangements to work with the NOC of the Panchayat for new connections.
