Siliguri, 03rd August: 50 COVID ICU beds were virtually inaugurated at North Bengal Medical College and Hospital today by State Health Minister Chandrima Bhattacharya from Kolkata.
As per the report, the COVID ICU beds were inaugurated at NBMCH under the aegis of the state government to provide high quality medical services to the common people free of cost.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Susanta Roy, OSD of Department of Public Health, North Bengal, said that the new 50 beds have taken the total number of COVID ICU beds to 150 in North Bengal Medical College and Hospital.
