Siliguri, 09th July: A shocking incident has unfolded at the Siliguri Junction bus stand, revealing the story of a mother who displayed a complete lack of compassion. In an act that has left the community astounded, the mother abandoned her 4-year-old daughter at the busy bus stand and vanished without a trace.
Binod Kamti, an employee at the Siliguri Junction bus stand, recounted that a woman from Kota, Madhya Pradesh, arrived at the bus stand last Monday, accompanied by her young daughter. To everyone’s dismay, the woman entrusted her child to Kamti and abruptly left. After waiting for the mother’s return for five days, Kamti grew increasingly concerned and decided to inform the local police station.
As a result of Kamti’s alertness, the young girl has now been handed over to the Pradhan Nagar police station. The authorities are conducting an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the mother’s actions and locate her whereabouts.
