Siliguri, 20th April: 239 COVID-19 cases have been reported in Darjeeling district in the last 24 hours.
Out of them, 116 are from some wards of the Siliguri Municipal Corporation area, 03 from Darjeeling Municipality, 10 from Sukna, 04 from Kurseong municipality, 03 from Mirik, 01 from Bijanbari, 01 from Sukhiapokhri, 05 from Kharibari, 27 from Matigara, 09 from Phansidewa and 60 from Naxalbari.
On the other hand, 138 cases have been reported from the SMC area including Darjeeling and Jalpaiguri districts. Meanwhile, 22 who were admitted in private hospitals and were in home isolation have recovered from the infection.।
