2012 Delhi gang rape: Nirbhaya’s killers hanged 7 years later

New Delhi, 20th March: All four men convicted for the gang-rape and murder of a young Delhi woman in 2012 were hanged at 5.30 am on Friday. The Patiala House Court in Delhi rejected all the petitions of the convicts, Akshay Thakur (31), Pawan Gupta (25), Vinay Sharma (26), and Mukesh Singh (32). Three previous dates passed as the convicts filed petition after petition to delay their execution.
