Malda, 27th February: Based on a tip-off, the Habibpur police and the jawans of the 44th Batallion of BSF launched an operation in a tea shop near Habibpur’s fish market, today afternoon and recovered 20 round of live cartridges, 50 bottles of liquor and a scooty.
However, the shop owner has been absconding since the incident. The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
