Rajganj, 29th July: 19-year-old Partha Bepari was found hanging from the noose in his house located at No. 09 Colony under Binnaguri Gram Panchayat of Rajganj.
Manoranjan Bepari, the father of the deceased, said that Parth got home at around 5 pm on Wednesday and locked himself. When he did not come out after a long while, his family grew suspicious and broke into the house. They found his lifeless body hanging from the ceiling fan. While he was rushed to the Rajganj Rural Hospital, the doctors declared Parth brought dead. The family assumed that Parth might have taken such a drastic step due to an unsuccessful love affair.
Meanwhile, after receiving information about the incident, Rajganj police reached the spot and recovered the body and sent it to Jalpaiguri district hospital for post-mortem. Police are investigating the whole incident.
