Rajganj, 08th July: 12 people won the battle against the novel coronavirus and were discharged from Rajganj’s Safe Home, on Wednesday. They were felicitated on behalf of the health department officials during their return.
North Bengal COVID-19 OSD Dr. Susanta Roy stated that three safe homes have been set up in the Jalpaiguri district for asymptomatic COVID-19 patients. 35 people were kept in Rajganj’s safe home, out of which, 12 were released today after testing negative.
Reportedly, out of the twelve, 4 are from South Shantinagar, 3 from Ghogomali, 2 from Daspara in Ghogomali, 1 each from Samarnagar, Jamurivita and Krishnanagar Colony.
Dr. Susanta Roy, Jalpaiguri CMOH Dr. Ramendra Nath Pramanik, and Rajganj BMOH Dr. Shubhadeep Sarkar and Rajganj BDO NC Sherpa were present during the felicitation programme.
