Siliguri, 14th May: Scattered rains have lashed various parts of the city since Thursday early morning. However, even during such weather conditions, several people were sighted in the streets, breaching the lockdown restrictions.
In this regard, the police launched operations in the Panitanki More area and detained 12 lockdown violators. Several vehicles were also detained today.
