Alipurduar, 20th March: Around 104 chital deer have been released at the Buxa Tiger Reserve from Ballabhpur Wildlife Sanctuary in Birbhum to ensure food stock for tigers.
According to sources in the Forest Department, the deer were released in healthy condition and were brought in four containers. After this, the deer were released into the deep forest.
