Siliguri, 24th January: Sensation prevailed after a youth died in a collision between a truck and motorcycle in the Eastern Bypass area. Another youth was severely injured in the incident.
It was reported that a speeding truck hit a motorcycle at Jaleswari More in the Eastern Bypass, last night. One youth died on the spot and another youth, who was severely injured in the incident, was rushed to the hospital.
However, the truck driver fled from the scene. The Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
