Phansidewa, 11th February: Sensation prevailed after the body of a youth was found hanging from a noose. The incident surfaced from the Mahipal area of Phansidewa. The deceased has been identified as Uttam Goswami (18).
Reportedly, the locals recovered the body and rushed it to Phansidewa Grameen Hospital, where the doctors declared the youth dead. Later, Phansidewa police sent the body to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital for an autopsy. Police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
