Cooch Behar, 22nd August: A volunteer organization of Cooch Behar organized a traditional rite of ‘yagya’ at the Madanmohan Colony area of Cooch Behar, on Tuesday, for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the moon.
Notably, with Chandrayaan-3 considerably closer to the moon, India is on the way to making a significant mark in history. Following an organized operation, Chandrayaan-3 will land on the south pole of the moon on Wednesday, August 23.
In this regard, the area has been decorated with the national flag and the members of the organization claimed that the yagya would continue throughout the day.
