Cooch Behar, 30th March: Tufanganj police arrested two persons with firearms from the Kadamtala area of Deocharai gram panchayat in Tufanganj No. 1 block. The arrested accused have been identified as Ekramul and Shah Jahan.
It has been learned that Tufanganj Police, acting on a tip-off, arrested two persons with a 9mm pistol and two rounds of ammunition. The Tufanganj police have started an investigation into the incident.
