Siliguri, 05th July: As petrol prices have already crossed Rs 100 in several districts of the state, Siliguri Town-1 and Town-2 Trinamool Yuva Congress and Darjeeling District Trinamool Yuva Congress protested in Siliguri against petrol- diesel price hike today.
The demonstration was held in Hashmi Chowk condemning the role of the central government. Further mocking the centre, the TMC activists cut a cake congratulating BJP for crossing the century mark in petrol rate. The TMC workers said that their movement against the centre will continue in the coming days as well.
