Rajganj, 14th February: The birth anniversary of Rai Saheb Thakur Panchanan Barma, the Rajbanshi Kshatriya leader, was celebrated in Rajganj on Tuesday. Tributes were paid to the leader by garlanding his statue at Cheyarikhadi on the banks of Karatoya River in Mehendigachh of Majhiali Gram Panchayat under Rajganj block.
During this, Kulguru Kulshishya and Bhakta Samaj Sewa Sansthan Secretary Hardev Adhikari, Jalpaiguri District Committee President Karunakant Adhikari, Tyal Singh Roy, Bimal Roy, Hasibul Mohammad and others were present.
