Siliguri, 05th April: CPIM state secretary Suryakanta Mishra and provincial Congress president Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury raised their voices against the Trinamool Congress and BJP during the public meeting of Sanjukta Morcha.
They held a public meeting at Baghajatin Park in Siliguri today in support of the Sanjukta Morcha of Siliguri, Naxalbari, Phansidewa and Dabgram-Fulbari.
Mockingly, Suryakanta Mishra stated that the BJP and TMC are one party, as their members hop from one to the other at any time. Also, most of the candidates fielded by BJP are former Trinamool leaders.
“I don’t know what kind of treatment she is receiving as modern medical science could treat her injuries in two days. She did not have to sit in a wheelchair for so long,’ Suryakanta Mishra said taking a jibe at Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
On the other hand, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury took a jibe at PM Narendra Modi and said that he could not bring ‘Achche Din’ (good days). He urged all to vote for Sanjukta Morcha.
