Siliguri, 21st December: Two e-rickshaw (Toto) passengers were injured after a speeding cement-laden truck rammed on it from behind, on Monday. The incident surfaced in front of North Bengal Medical College and Hospital area.
The locals rescued the two injured individuals and rushed them to NBMCH.
