Shankar Ghosh wins Siliguri seat for second term, supporters throng party office

Siliguri, 05th May: BJP leader Shankar Ghosh has secured victory for the second time from the Siliguri Assembly constituency. Since Tuesday morning, a large number of BJP workers, supporters and local residents gathered at the party office to congratulate him.

Supporters welcomed him with bouquets and garlands, creating a celebratory atmosphere at the party office.

Reacting to his victory, Shankar Ghosh said, “This is not just my personal win, it is a victory of the people of Siliguri. The love and trust shown by the people is something I will never forget. I will continue to work to fulfil their expectations.”

He further stated that his key focus will be on overall development of Siliguri, improvement of infrastructure, generation of employment and enhancement of civic services.
