New Delhi, 26th September: Darjeeling MP Raju Bista has been appointed as the national spokesperson by the central executive body of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The announcement was made along with the other office-bearers of the party on Saturday.
MP Raju Bista took to Twitter to express his gratitude towards PM Narendra Modi, party president JP Nadda and Home minister Amit Shah.
“I will work with the same dedication, enthusiasm and zeal, with which I have worked for my constituency and its people,” Bista wrote.
I acknowledge the faith, love and blessings bestwoed upon me by the people of Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency and also the people from Darjeeling hills, Terai and Dooars whose goodwill and goodwishes have made this day possible.
