West Bengal is all set to receive two upgraded Vande Bharat Express trains on September 24. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially launch the Vande Bharat Express train service between the Patna-Howrah and Ranchi-Howrah routes through video conferencing. As the fastest rail connecting Patna to Kolkata, the train will travel 535 kilometers within 6 hours and 30 minutes.
According to reports, PM Modi is anticipated to launch nine Vande Bharat Express trains with twenty-five added features. The new eight-coach Vande Bharat trains come in a bright orange colour scheme with several additional facilities including the increased seat reclining angle, extended footrests for Executive Chair car class coaches, and improved basins and charging points.
