Siliguri,10th March: Workers of Railway sanitation working at NJP railway station have reportedly not been paid for months. As a result, they are facing problems. The sanitation workers demand that their arrears to be paid at the earliest.
Expressing their frustration, NJP Jataiyabadi Railway Thika Sramik Union submitted a memorandum to the NJP Railway Department. Due to financial problems, the sanitation workers demand their arrears be paid quickly.
In this regard, the Union’s President Mohammad Dulare stated that they have submitted a memorandum. He added that, if the solution is delayed, major steps will be taken and the higher officials will also be informed to resolve the issue.
