Siliguri, 03rd June: Darjeeling MP Raju Bista returned from Delhi on May 28 and since then he had self quarantined himself.
As per the information, he visited North Bengal Medical College-Hospital (NBMCH) today and after going through a medical check-up, the MP interacted with the hospital superintendent and officials regarding the current COVID-19 situation.
Later, addressing the media, he stated that the ones who returned from Delhi were asked to undergo a health check-up. ‘I am all good’, he further added.
Bista also stated said that the government should inspect the quarantine centers and see to it whether social distance is being maintained or not. He further mentioned that they should also see whether people are getting proper food and water during their stay.
