Siliguri, 22nd December: Sikha Chatterjee, the MLA of Dabgram-Fulbari, distributed blankets to the underprivileged at the Dhakeshwari Kali Mandir premises, located near the Eastern Bypass in Siliguri.
On Sunday, nearly 500 blankets were handed over to those in need from the MLA’s fund. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Sikha Chatterjee mentioned that the distribution was part of her efforts to assist the less fortunate during the winter season. She added that blankets were being distributed in the Dabgram-2 area on Sunday, and in the coming days, they would be distributed in the areas of Fulbari-1, Fulbari-2, and Dabgram-1.
