Islampur, 30th January: A person has been accused of killing his wife and child and burying their bodies in the Halugachh village of Sujali Gram Panchayat under Islampur Police station. The accused has been identified as Akbar Ali.
As news of the incident spread, the angry people set fire to Akbar’s house and staged a protest. Meanwhile, the accused has been absconding since the incident. The Islampur Police are currently investigating the incident.
