Siliguri, 23rd February: The State Tourism Minister Goutam Deb handed over the land lease to the committee of Shree Shree Guru Ashram, which is spread across a plot area of 2 bighas, in North Dhantala area under Fulbari-2 region.
As per the report, the temple authorities were facing various difficulties as they did not possess any land lease of the Ashram. After seeking help from the state government several times, the State Tourism Minister ultimately handed over the lease to the Ashram Committee on behalf of the state government. Deb further assured that the state government will take more initiatives for further developmental works of the Ashram.
