Kharibari, 02nd October: The 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was observed by the Kharibari Congress Committee at the Block party office. On the occasion, tribute was paid to the Father of Nation by garlanding his portrait.
Also, a programme was organized by the Raniganj Circle Congress Committee on the occasion of the 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in the party office. Santosh Singh, President of Raniganj Circle Congress Committee, Shivnarayan Poddar, Vishwanath Ghosh, Santosh Jha, Prabhuram Barman and others were present during the event.
Addressing the media, Raniganj Congress Committee President Santosh Singh said that the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was celebrated on behalf of the party where many activists spoke on the contribution of the great leader.
