Siliguri, 02nd October: The Dadabhai Sporting Club in Deshbandhu Para of Siliguri has made several plans for the upcoming Durga Utsav.
Addressing a press conference today, Club co-president Shyamal Ghosh informed that a free eye check-up camp, blood donation camp and diabetes check-up camp will be organized on the occasion of Mahalaya on October 06. Apart from this, COVID-19 vaccination camp will also be organized. Apparently, the club will commence the festival celebration through the said programmes.
This time, the club has named the puja as ‘Asamayer Puja’. The Puja Committee’s chairman Akhil Biswas, secretaries Sudhanshu Saha and Ravi Shankar Chakraborty and other members were present.
