COVID-19 Latest updates: 1,73,763 COVID-19 cases in India, death toll rises to 4971

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare stated that the total COVID-19 cases in India have risen to 1,73,763. This includes 86,422 active cases, 4971 deaths, and 82,369 cured/discharged. 7964 COVID-19 positive cases and 265 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.
