Cooch Behar, 16th January: BSF arrested a young woman trying to enter India from Bangladesh.
It has been learned that the girl was caught by the 129th Battalion of BSF while entering India from Bangladesh through the Dighaltari border. Following which, she was handed over to Sahebganj police.
The girl said that she loves a youth from Tufanganj in Cooch Behar district. Hence, she was trying to enter India from Bangladesh. However, she was detained by BSF jawans.
The accused was produced at Dinhata court on Sunday. Police have started an investigation into the whole matter.
