Siliguri, 09th April: BJP state president Dilip Ghosh held an election public meeting at the Dhakeswari Kali Mandir grounds at Eastern Bypass in support of the Dabgram-Fulbari assembly BJP candidate Shikha Chatterjee. He reached the venue through a rally in Rajganj. Several people joined BJP under his leadership during the meeting.
While addressing the meeting, he took a jibe at Trinamool supremo Mamata Banerjee saying ‘Khela Hobe Na, Wheel Chair Thela Hobe’ (There will be no game instead the wheelchair will be pushed).
Besides, a video of Trinamool leader Goutam Deb went viral on social media yesterday, where he was seen threatening a man during his election campaign. In this context, Dilip Ghosh said that he (Goutam Deb) is behaving in such a way out of fear of losing the election. ” But instead of feeling scared, people are making fun of such threats,” he stated.
