Siliguri, 14th July: The Bhratiya Janata Party (BJP) staged a sit-in protest in front of the Siliguri SDO office alleging corruption with COVID vaccine.
Leaders and activists of BJP Siliguri Organizational district, on Wednesday, demanded the closure of fake vaccination camps and punishment of officials associated with Debanjan Deb, the main accused of the fake vaccination scam. At the end of the protest, the members of the organization handed over a memorandum to the Siliguri SDO in support of various demands.
Siliguri MLA Shankar Ghosh alleged corruption across the state regarding COVID vaccines. Opposing this, the party has taken various programmes in each district.
