Alipurduar, 05th January: The Biswa Dooars Utsav commenced at the Alipurduar Parade Ground on Sunday. A feeding center has been introduced this year. Women attending the Dooars Festival can feed their babies at the feeding center. This unique effort has gained appreciation.
On behalf of the Expo Committee of the Doors Festival, Vidyut Nag stated that this initiative has been taken keeping in mind the difficulties faced by mothers.
