Alipurduar, 23rd April: Sensation prevailed after an 8-foot long python was rescued from the Nimti Domohani area of Kalchini block under Alipurduar district.
According to sources, the locals rescued the python on Thursday and handed over it to the forest workers of the Nimti range.
Reportedly, the python will be released into the Buxa Tiger Reserve.
